ABOUT CHAPMAN

Chapman is Broker Associate/Manager for Rohrer & Vail Real Estate. Chapman has been serving Southern New Jersey buyers and sellers for nearly two decades. He has a broad range of experience as a property manager, investor, and developer of many real estate projects across the area, both residential and commercial. Chapman works tirelessly to provide exemplary customer service and develops strong relationships and bonds with his clients. Whether representing a seller or buyer an owner or renter, real estate transactions are complex. Chapman has a “make it happen” approach to ensure his clients’ confidence that there is always a solution to any problem. Chapman’s clients turn to him time and again for their real estate needs. Chapman is a true believer in giving back to his community. He has served and volunteered for numerous causes and organizations across South Jersey including the Rotary Club, the Kiwanis Club, and is an active board member for the Children’s Fresh Air Home for disadvantaged youth. Chapman is dedicated to improving the lives of others and his community as a whole.

Chapman earned his B.S. in Management from Rutgers University and his M.S. in Leadership from Neumann University. Chapman resides in Haddonfield with his wife, three children, and their dog Skip.
